BOMIS, Pampore provides holistic education to children and based on the same philosophy the pedagogical practices implemented in the school have a balanced mix of both practical and conceptual understanding. At BOMIS, Pampore, we firmly believe that reading is the best way to develop a good intellect and personality as it broadens the horizons. The school encourages and inspires the love of reading in the children by setting up reading corners throughout the school premises. The children are encouraged to visit the school library and utilize the workstations to help improve their Research and Development Skills.
It is vitally important for the holistic growth of the children that we focus equally on the physical and mental development of the children as much as we focus on their academic development. The school's activity calendar ensures that it incorporates school picnics, hiking, camps as well as SEAs which include educational tours that enrich the first hand experience of our students.

Their leadership qualities are nurtured through participation in an 'all-inclusive 100 percent participatory assembly', a competitive House System and a responsible Student Council. As they grow older, their latent abilities as leaders are further fostered through formal training programs such as Leadership Summits and the selection process for the Student Council.
